Farleys House & Gallery

Following the success of our recent cookery workshop in Lee Miller's kitchen at Farleys we are delighted to be offering two new dates for 2019.
You are invited to join us at Farleys in Lee's kitchen during the height of summer and cook using fresh herbs and produce from Farleys Garden. Suitable for novice and proficient cooks alike, this one-day workshop will take place in Lee Miller's kitchen at Farleys House. Chloe Edwards of Seven Sisters' Spices will share the joy of cooking some of Lee Miller's gourmet and surreal dishes, with an introduction that includes the recipes accompanying stories. Cairo Cheese & Cucumber Salad, Coriander Rice Salad, Marvellous Meatballs, Aliki's Turban, Tomato Charlotte & Fig & Pernod Ice Cream will be the delights on the menu.

The workshops will take place on
Thursday 18 July 2019 & Saturday 20 July 2019 10am - 2pm.

There are just 5 places available on each date and the cost is £75 per person which includes all ingredients and the oppurtunity to enjoy your completed meal at Lee Miller's kitchen table.
